KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for country hotel operations.
• Drive profitability, cost control and revenue growth.
• Ensure consistent service standards, brand compliance and guest  satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and develop hotel General Managers and Senior teams.
• Oversee budgets, performance reporting and operational risk management.
