Key Responsibilities

Assist with filing, documentation, and records management

  • Support recruitment activities such as CV sorting and interview coordination
  • Maintain employee files and HR records
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding documentation
  • Handle basic HR correspondence and communication
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good filing and record-keeping skills
  • Computer literate MS Word, Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
