Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, attend to, and engage clients professionally at all times.   
  • Advise customers on suit selection, fit, sizing, and appropriate styles for various occasions.   
  • Take and interpret basic body measurements to support accurate fittings.   
  • Coordinate fittings and alterations with the tailor to ensure customer satisfaction.   
  • Maintain a clean, elegant, and well-organized store environment.   
  • Handle high-value stock responsibly and adhere to all stock control procedures.   
  • Accurately record sales transactions and follow company sales and cash-handling guidelines.   
  • Upsell and cross-sell products professionally without being pushy.   
  • Represent the Zannetti brand with confidence, class, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.   
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills.   
  • Customer-focused, disciplined, and trainable.   
  • Honest, reliable, and responsible.   
  • Knowledge of men’s fashion, tailoring, fittings, or garment measurements is an added advantage.   
  • Previous experience selling suits, formal wear, or luxury retail products is an added advantage.
