Responsibilities:
- Welcome, attend to, and engage clients professionally at all times.
- Advise customers on suit selection, fit, sizing, and appropriate styles for various occasions.
- Take and interpret basic body measurements to support accurate fittings.
- Coordinate fittings and alterations with the tailor to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, elegant, and well-organized store environment.
- Handle high-value stock responsibly and adhere to all stock control procedures.
- Accurately record sales transactions and follow company sales and cash-handling guidelines.
- Upsell and cross-sell products professionally without being pushy.
- Represent the Zannetti brand with confidence, class, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Customer-focused, disciplined, and trainable.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Knowledge of men’s fashion, tailoring, fittings, or garment measurements is an added advantage.
- Previous experience selling suits, formal wear, or luxury retail products is an added advantage.
