to join our team in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sending, receiving and responding to company emails
  • Making follow-up calls with potential clients
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments with potential and current clients
  • Developing and maintaining an up-to-date client database
  • Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a conducive office
  • environment
  • Ensuring the office is clean and organized, maintaining office equipment, and
  • managing basic repairs
  • Negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring services are
  • delivered on time
  • Helping with bookkeeping, managing expenses, and preparing reports
  • Managing the company’s fleet
  • Providing support during the staff recruitment and onboarding process
  • Attending to any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • At least a diploma in humanities and social sciences or similar field
  • Practical experience in administrative roles and a demonstrated ability to manage
  • office operations effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, time management and
  • negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Good in social media marketing
  • Experience in sales & marketing is an added advantage
