• Support clients through the application process
• Work closely with team leaders for guidance and support

• Basic sales skills and experience in the loan-lending industry - microfinance, banks, or SACCOs
• A smartphone and ability to use WhatsApp/phone calls
• Good understanding of loan products or willingness to learn fast
• Ability to work independently.
