What You’ll Be Responsible For

Brand & Communication Strategy

  • Lead all external communications—visual, written, and digital—to ensure brand consistency and strong market resonance.
  • Strengthen Mogo’s brand positioning through strategic public relations initiatives.
  • Design and execute social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Product Strategy & Development

  • Define and execute the company’s product development roadmap, informed by market needs and customer insights.
  • Identify and implement upselling, cross-selling, and product bundling opportunities.
  • Launch and scale new products e.g., Smartphone Financing, Boda Logbook Loans based on market demand.

 Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

  • Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies focused on sales growth.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and product-specific promotions.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead key initiatives that support operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing execution with business priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-haves

  • Proven experience in marketing, product management, or commercial leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and launch products that meet market needs and deliver measurable business results.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and channels e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication, PR, and social media strategy.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results through collaboration.
  • Track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns with clear sales impact.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with comfort owning sales as a key performance indicator.
