Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow avocado export volumes across key international markets.
- Identify, pursue, and manage relationships with importers, distributors and wholesalers’ buyers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to inform sales planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with farms, operations, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export standards.
- Manage branding, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer engagement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, buyer meetings, and industry events.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, regional expansion, and delivering strong revenue performance.
- Knowledge and experience working with CRM tools
- Demonstrable knowledge and skills using AI for marketing with specific tools in content creation etc.
