This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of automotive products. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct selling, client acquisition, sales administration, and market intelligence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales of company products and services within the assigned regions Nairobi, Mount Kenya, Maasai Mara
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
- Prospect for new clients and grow the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, projections, and activity reports as guided by management.
- Plan and undertake regional client visits, business trips, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events as approved.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high service standards.
- Manage the full sales administration cycle, including quotations, job cards, delivery, invoicing, and job card closure.
- Support credit applications, ensure timely debt collection, and share market intelligence and emerging customer needs with management.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior sales experience in automotive parts, preferably suspension products or vehicle conversions.
- Strong selling, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and presentable with high personal integrity
- Ability to build strong business relationships and networks
