Our client, a company specializing in the distribution of alcoholic beverages, is seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Representative - HORECA to manage and grow sales within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Bars HORECA channel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, increasing product visibility, promoting brands, and driving sales within hospitality establishments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and distribution of wines and spirits within the HORECA channel Hotels, Restaurants, and Bars.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners, hotel procurement teams, and hospitality decision-makers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base within the hospitality sector.
  • Promote and launch new brands within the market through client engagement and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the HORECA sector.
  • Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence at client outlets.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain good client account relationships.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on market performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales of alcoholic beverages Wines & Spirits within the HORECA channel.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry including hotels, restaurants, and bars.
  • Proven experience launching and promoting brands in the market.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to meet sales targets.
