Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Sports Manager to oversee and grow their sports programs and player recruitment initiatives in Rongai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing player development, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of sports management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage players and coaching staff.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day sports operations.
• Develop strategies to improve team performance and player engagement.
• Coordinate tournaments, matches, and training sessions.
• Build strong community and sponsor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with sports regulations and safety standards.
