Working across Strategic HR & OD, talent and capability development, AI in HR, AI in education and learning, digital HR transformation, people analytics, sustainability, ESG and Green Jobs, the firm delivers practical, data-informed and implementation-focused solutions. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and well-networked leader to deepen partnerships, strengthen visibility and drive sustainable business growth in Kenya, with potential to grow into selected regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a pipeline of consulting, training, research, HR advisory, AI, digital, ESG, sustainability, Green Jobs and institutional development opportunities.

  2. Build strategic relationships with clients, HR leaders, decision-makers, development agencies, training institutions and consulting partners.

  3. Identify, qualify and follow up leads, manage relationship conversations and support conversion into quality client assignments.

  4. Coordinate EOIs, proposals, concept notes, quotations, pitch decks, capability statements and partnership submissions.

  5. Support assignment planning, consultant coordination, client communication, quality review and delivery oversight.

  6. Strengthen visibility and business development systems through events, digital platforms, thought leadership, opportunity trackers and partner maps.

Qualification and Background

The preferred candidate should demonstrate a strong mix of qualifications, networks and business growth capability, including:

  1. Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Human Resource Management, Strategy, Organizational Development, Education, Technology, Sustainability, Social Sciences or a related field.

  2. Postgraduate training, professional certification or executive development in HR, leadership, business development, project management, strategy, digital transformation, ESG or consulting will be an added advantage.

  3. Experience in consulting, professional services, business development, partnerships or client relationship management.

  4. Exposure to HR, leadership, strategy, AI, digital transformation, sustainability, ESG, Green Jobs, institutional development, research or capacity building.

  5. Ability to engage senior professionals, institutional decision-makers, development partners, private sector actors, NGOs, professional bodies and regional networks.

  6. Strong proposal coordination, opportunity tracking, client follow-up and relationship management discipline.

  7. Ability to translate client needs into clear scopes, timelines, pricing assumptions and delivery plans.
